FAQs FOR BUNDLES

How long does the hair last?

A:  The lifespan of the hair is contingent upon the physical treatment to the extensions. Excessive heat and poor grooming will only allow the hair to excessively shed and tangle. Treat it with proper care and it can last you up to one year or even longer. 

Can the hair be colored and/or lightened?

A: Yes.  It is 100% human hair. We advise you to seek professional assistance when coloring your hair extensions, if you are coloring your extensions please be aware that you can over process the hair.

 

How do I get my extensions to last for a long time?

A: We highly recommend shampooing your extensions every two weeks using a mild shampoo. In between the two weeks, you can co wash (condition) your hair. Conditioning your extensions will ensure you a smooth and silky finish. 

 
What colors do your extensions come in? Is custom coloring an option?

A:  Our extensions vary between natural black and natural brown.  Unfortunately, we do not offer custom coloring. We ask that you seek professional assistance involving color.

How many ounces are your bundles of hair?

A:  Each bundle is 4 oz.

 

Can I exchange my hair extensions?

A: Yes, however, we only accept exchanges if you receive an incorrect order, you have 3 days after your signed pick up date to send back your hair, it will then be inspected for quality purposes. If the hair has been colored, tampered, combed, etc.,  there will be no refund or exchange. Your original shipment will be mailed back to you. Also, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

How long does your hair take to come?

A: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery for all domestic locations, for International orders allow 10 business days. If orders are placed on weekends, hair will go out for delivery the next available business day.

If you are not wearing it for long stretches of time, seal it in a plastic storage unit.

 

FAQs FOR WIGS

How long will my custom unit take to be produced?

Making your wig to perfection is our goal! The complexity and/or simplicity of your custom unit is what will most determine the production time. After your suggested Virtual consultation with our master wig maker, you will have a better understanding of the time it will take to create your unit. Typically, this time span will not exceed 3 weeks and could be ready as early as 2 weeks. 

How do I store my wig?

Storing your wig is easy!  Between day to day wear, it’s best to store it on a wig-head overnight. To prolong the lifespan of your wig, be sure to keep it away from direct sunlight and in a cool environment. If your not wearing it for long stretches of time, seal it in a plastic storage unit.
 

What If I don't like the wig I ordered?

We want you to feel comfortable and at ease with the purchase of your new wig. Therefore, we suggest setting up a virtual, face to face consultation with one of our master wigmakers whose only goal is to make certain that we understand your order and are creating the custom unit of your dreams! After your consultation both She & Her Studio and you will have a full understanding that will leave no room for error. Because of this, we will not offer the return of your designer wig nor is it transferable.
