Congratulations! You are now the owner of an S&H custom unit. Our mission is to provide quality hair to compliment your unique style. Each of our wigs are handcrafted using our 100% Brazilian hair to ensure that our customer will have a unit that has outstanding beauty and longevity.

With proper maintenance, we guarantee a long lifespan for each of our custom units. Wear your designer unit with confidence in knowing that it has gone through a special and thorough process with you in mind! Lastly, please handle your designer wigs with care, as there are delicate materials that make up your wig. Please refrain from applying excessive heat , heavy oils, tugging and pulling to your unit as they will shorten the lifespan.

When washing hair extensions/ Wig:

Step 1: Make sure hair is combed and brushed thoroughly .

Step 2: Run luke warm water through hair (if RED please use cool water) Apply shampoo( do not scrub) run fingers through hair at all times.

Step 3: Rinse shampoo out and apply conditioner and repeat the same step as you did for shampooing. Allow the conditioner to sit for 3-5 min then rinse out.

Step 4: Towel dry hair and apply a dime size of hair serum.Allow it to air dry, once dried lets begin styling. (avoid aerosol hair sheen)

Removing S&H Performance Glue:

Step 1: Saturate 91% alcohol to a washcloth. (do not use any type of tissue/paper towel)

Step 2: Gently rub glue from unit in a circular motion until it departs from skin

Step 3: On a wet cloth apply a small amount of shampoo and water on a corner of the cloth and in a circular motion simply rub the glue from skin/hair.

Step 4: Take a small tooth comb and gently remove the glue.

How to maintain curly hair textures 

At all times keep hair extremely moisturized. Detangle daily, simply mist hair with water followed by a detangling brush— starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. A “twist-out” at bedtime is ideal to prevent tangling and matting.

We highly recommend refraining from cream based hair products, as this can cause hair to tangle, matte and shed.
